This Bill would amend the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy

Act, 2015 to add the Inquiry Respecting the Treatment,

Experiences and Outcomes of Innu in the Child Protection System to

Schedule B

of the Act.

and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015 is amended by adding immediately

after the entity reference "Inquiry Respecting Ground Search and Rescue

for Lost and Missing Persons" the entity reference "Inquiry

Respecting the Treatment, Experiences and Outcomes of Innu in the Child

Protection System".
