OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated December 15, 2004, pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 355 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Primary Forest Products Marketing Act, is pleased to reappoint the following person as an alternate member of the Nova Scotia Primary Forest Products Marketing Board, for a term of office commencing January 13, 2005 and ending October 31, 2006: John Roblee of Oxford, Cumberland County, as a woodlot owner who is not engaged in the sawmill industry or the pulp and paper industry.
