OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 4, 2025, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

b) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) issue an easement, for the nominal consideration of $1.00, for the purpose of access and utilities to Harbour Garden Village Inc., or its successors or permitted assigns, for Crown lands currently identified as a portion of PID 40603276 being approximately 30 metres (98 feet) long and a minimum width of 35 metres (115 feet) (to be verified by a survey), as shown outlined in bold on

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
