OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated February 4, 1999, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Marnie F. Smith of Black River, R.R.#2 Wolfville, Kings County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, which appointment was made by Order in Council 80-1176 dated August 19, 1980; and (
b) appoint Marnie F. Parker of New Minas, Kings County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits.
