Order in Council 1558/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portion of highway in the Township of Perry, District of Parry Sound, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation being part of Lot 19, Concession 10, and shown as

Part 18 on Reference Plan 42R-7213 ( MTO Plan P-7063-22) deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Parry Sound, be closed pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

chapter P. 50 as amended.
