Order in Council 530/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 3 of the Niagara Parks Act ,

Robert Douglas Gale of St. Catharines

be appointed as a member and designated as chair of The Niagara Parks Commission to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
