ALBERTA MILK PLAN MINIMUM PRICE FOR

SUB-CLASS 1A MILK ORDER

Made by the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board on May 21, 2004 pursuant to

section

5(4) of the Alberta Milk Plan Regulation (AR 150/2002).

1 The minimum price for sub-class 1a milk to be paid by processors

for a hectolitre of sub-class 1a milk is $68.13.

2 The Alberta Milk Plan Minimum Price for Sub-class 1a Milk Order

(AR 309/2003) is repealed.

2 This Order comes into force on June 16, 2004.
