pursuant to the PUBLIC SECTOR EMPLOYERS ACT [Sections 1 and 15]. Order in

Council 148/2002, approved and ordered February 21, 2002.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant

Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders

that the Health Care Employers Regulation, B.C. Reg. 427/94, is amended as set

out in the attached Schedule. — G. COLLINS, Minister of Finance; R.

NEUFELD, Presiding Member of the Executive Council.

Schedule

section 2 of the Health Care Employers Regulation, B.C. Reg. 427/94, is

amended

(

a) by striking out the following from the list of employers designated for

the purposes of paragraph (

f) of the definition of "public sector

employer" in the Act:
