OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated January 10, 2007, and pursuant to

Section 33 of

Chapter 5 of the Acts of 1993, the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act,

Section 10 of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, and

Section 20 of

Chapter 377 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Superannuation Act, is pleased, effective February 5, 2007, to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Dwight Bishop, of Wolfville, Kings County, as Acting Review Officer for the purpose of conducting reviews pursuant to

Section 32 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act; (

b) appoint S. Dulcie McCallum, of Sherbrooke, Guysborough County, as Review Officer for the purpose of conducting reviews pursuant to

Section 32 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, for a term of 5 years; (

c) fix and determine the salary of S. Dulcie McCallum to be at the rate of MCP 26, plus any economic adjustments provided to non bargaining unit civil servants; (

d) designate S. Dulcie McCallum as a deputy head within the meaning of the Civil Service Act; (

e) direct that S. Dulcie McCallum shall receive all the customary benefits associated with the position of deputy head including participation in the Province of Nova Scotia Long Term Disability Plan; and (

f) provide that S. Dulcie McCallum may participate in the Public Service Superannuation Plan.
