OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, dated September 18, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to sign the Contribution Agreement for Risk Assessment for Provincially owned Dams and Water Control Structures in Nova Scotia, in the form and including all Schedules, as set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; effective on and after October 29, 2019.
