Order in Council 509/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 33(3) of the Pay Equity Act , Order in Council O.C. 1193/2019 be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
