Order in Council 1520/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

PURSUANT TO subsection 9(1) of Ontario Regulation 43/02 made under the Development Corporations Act , Order in Council numbered O.C. 977/2014 dated August 13, 2014 that appointed

Cynthia Morton of Toronto

as chief executive officer of eHealth Ontario, be revoked effective as of July 23, 2017, as she resigned from the position effective as of that date.
