OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated April 14, 1999, pursuant to clause 16(1)(

b) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of an easement, 20 feet wide, for installing, repairing, maintaining and using a sewer outfall pipe, with respect to Crown land at Port Hood, Inverness County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to the Municipality of the County of Inverness, a body corporate with its head office at Port Hood, Inverness County, for the consideration of $200.00 and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
