OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated May 8, 2003, pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and all other authority in her vested, is pleased to assign to the Minister of Environment and Labour and to the Department of Environment and Labour all such affairs and matters as have heretofore belonged to the Minister of Natural Resources and the Department of Natural Resources under
Chapter 438 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Special Places Protection Act, only as may be necessary for the administration of ecological sites pursuant to Sections 13, 14, 14A, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of the Special Places Protection Act, such assignment to be effective June 27, 2003.
