Order in Council 1808/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to Order in Council O.C. 1361/2021 dated October 7, 2021, Helen Angus of Toronto is currently serving as a part-time member of the board of directors of the Ontario Agency for Health Protection and Promotion.

Furthermore , pursuant to subsection 10(1) of the Ontario Agency for Health Protection and Promotion Act, 2007, Helen Angus of Toronto be designated as a part-time Chair of the board of directors of the Ontario Agency for Health Protection and Promotion to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council effective the date this Order in Council is made to and including April 6, 2022.
