Order in Council 394/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 61 of Ontario Regulation 290/13 under the Courts of Justice Act,

Lisa Philipps, of the city of Toronto

be re-appointed as a member of the Provincial Judges Pension Board for a period of three years and until a successor is appointed, effective the later of February 26, 2017 and the date this Order in Council is made.
