Order in Council 158/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas David Lee was appointed a full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a term of two years, effective December 14, 2017, by Order in Council O.C. 2345/2017;

And

whereas David Lee tendered his resignation effective May 13, 2019;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 2345/2017 be revoked effective May 13, 2019.
