I, Patricia Boyle, Superintendent of Motor Vehicles, order that, effective March 1, 2020,

section 4 (1) (

b) of the Lien on Impounded Motor Vehicles Regulation, B.C. Reg. 25/2015,

is repealed and the following substituted:

b) a fuel surcharge equal to 15.5% of the basic towing cost; .
