OIC Text: The Minister of Finance, in his Report and Recommendation dated the18th day of June, 1999, states that the sum appropriated by the Legislature to defray expenditures for the service "Legislative Services" in the amount of $13,063,000 is insufficient to meet the requirements of such service in the 1998-99 fiscal year and that an additional appropriation for such service in the amount of $6,250,000 is required in addition to sums heretofore authorized. The Minister of Finance therefore recommends that pursuant to

Section 28 of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, such additional sum be appropriated accordingly to be charged to the Current Account for the fiscal year ended the 31st day of March, 1999. The Governor in Council is pleased to approve of the Report and Recommendation and to order in accordance therewith.
