OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council, dated August 16, 1999, pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and all other authority in him vested, is pleased, effective August 16, 1999, to assign to the Member of the Executive Council holding the office of Minister of Justice, the administration of the Nova Scotia Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal, which Tribunal is established pursuant to
Section 238 of
Chapter 10 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Workers' Compensation Act.
