Order in Council 426/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5(2) of the Ontario Municipal Board Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Jan de Pencier Seaborn of Toronto be reappointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Ontario Municipal Board for a term of one year, effective March 23, 2017.
