a) Tim Morrison is appointed an Executive Assistant in the Office of the Minister of Community, Aboriginal and Women's Services to assist the Minister of State for Community Charter, (

b) the position of Executive Assistant referred to in paragraph (

a) will require Tim Morrison to act in a confidential capacity to a member of the Executive Council, and (
