OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated March 14, 2007, and pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to: (

a) extinguish the right of the public to use that portion of the public highway system containing Parcel A having an area of 3,921.7 square feet, more or less, Parcel B having an area of 1.1 acre, more or less, and Parcel C having an area of 6,657.9 square feet, more or less, situate at or near St. Patrick's Channel (Bucklaw), in the County of Victoria and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" as shown crosshatched in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the land to Robert Gerald Hardy, of North Sydney, in the County of Cape Breton, for the price of $1,200.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
