OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated November 30, 2004, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 328 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Optometry Act, is pleased to approve of amendments made by the Council of the Nova Scotia Association of Optometrists to the by-laws respecting optometrists, N.S. Reg. 65/91 approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 91-421 dated April 9, 1991, to increase the minimum number of continuing education hours required of optometrists, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after January 1, 2005.
