OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated December 10, 2008, and pursuant to subsection 25(2) of
Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1987, the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation (Nova Scotia) Act, is pleased to approve the appointment of Stuart Pinks as Chief Executive Officer of the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board by the Board effective December 22, 2008.
