B.C. Reg. 301/2005, deposited October 7, 2005, pursuant to the REGULATORY STREAMLINING MISCELLANEOUS STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT, 2000 [Section 52 (2)]. Order in Council 736/2005, approved and ordered October 5, 2005.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

1 Sections 36 and 50 of the Regulatory Streamlining Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act, 2000, S.B.C. 2000, c. 11, are brought into force.

Section 1 of the Interest Rate under Various Statutes Regulation, B.C. Reg. 386/92, is amended by striking out "Mining Tax Act".

3 The Processing Allowance Formula Regulation, B.C. Reg. 269/80, is repealed.

4 The Taxable Income Regulation, B.C. Reg. 504/75, is repealed.
