OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated May 16, 2000, pursuant to
Section 87 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Education to enter into a Partnership Agreement and a National License Agreement with the Swedish National Board for Industrial and Technical Development and the Swedish Foundation for Small Business Research in such form recommended by the Minister of Education and approved by the Attorney General.
