Fees

1 The following fees are payable under The Apprenticeship and Certification Act :

(

a) assessment of prior training and experience

$200;

(

b) trades qualifications certification examination

$400;

(

c) trades qualifications certification re-examination

$100.

Tuition fees

2(1) The tuition fees that must be paid by or on behalf of an apprentice for technical training under The Apprenticeship and Certification Act are as set out in the

Schedule to this regulation.

2(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to those trades where technical training must be completed prior to a person becoming a registered apprentice.

Coming into force

3 This regulation comes into force on the day the Apprenticeship and Certification Fees Regulation , Manitoba Regulation 161/2001, is repealed.

1 For an apprenticeship program consisting of the number of weeks listed in the first column of the following table, the tuition fee is the amount listed opposite in

(

a) the second column, for technical training commencing before August 1, 2026; and

(

b) the third column, for technical training commencing on or after August 1, 2026.

Frais de scolarité

1 Les frais de scolarité exigibles à l'égard d'un programme d'apprentissage qui comprend le nombre de semaines indiqué dans la première colonne du tableau qui suit correspondent au montant indiqué en regard :
