In general terns, the purpose of the Development Regulations No. 7, 2003, is to add conditions for the minimum frontage requirements in the Residential Medium Density (RMD) Land Use Zone Table, for full services, piped water only, and on-site services. The Amendment will also add agriculture as a discretionary use with a condition for minimum lot area.
