An Act to amend The Research Council Act, 1954 [Assented to March 30, 1955] 1954, c.90, new

section 16a The Research Council Act, 1954 , is amended by inserting after

section the following section: Fiscal year “16a The fiscal year of the council shall be the period commencing on the first day of April in one calendar year and ending on the last day of March in the next calendar year, both dates inclusive”. 1955, c.85, s.1.
