Order in Council 1576/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to Subsection 2(5) of the Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Act, R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter M.41, the sum of nine million, five hundred and sixteen thousand, five hundred and sixty-one dollars ($9,516,561) shall be paid out of the Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Fund to the Consolidated Revenue Fund, for Payment of expenses in connection with the administration of the Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Fund in the fiscal year 2021-2022.
