OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated December 12, 2007, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to give approval to the Minister of Health to enter into a Contribution Agreement with the Province of New Brunswick to engage in a detailed planning project to clarify the scope, benefits, costs and effort to implement a Drug Information System in both provinces, effective on and after January 15, 2008.
