OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment dated December 14, 2016, and pursuant to

Section 66 of

Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Environment Act , is pleased to amend the Approval and Notification Procedures Regulations , N.S. Reg. 17/2013, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2013-18 dated January 22, 2013, to remove the requirement that notification be submitted at least 5 days before an activity begins and to clarify the requirements for submitting financial security, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after January 17, 2017.
