Order in Council 1269/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 37(2) of the Provincial Animal Welfare Services Act, 2019 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Susan Clarke of Thornhill be appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Animal Care Review Board for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending November 5, 2024.

Further.

whereas Susan Clarke was reappointed as part-time member of the Animal Care Review Board for a fixed term of three years, effective November 6, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1419/2021;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1419/2021 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
