OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage and the Minister of Acadian Affairs dated March 6, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage and the Minister of Acadian Affairs to enter into an amending agreement with the federal government, TD Trust Canada, and la Société de Presse Acadienne, to continue the trust fund known as "La Fondation du Courrier de la Nouvelle-Écosse", in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject to such minor modifications that the Ministers deem necessary, effective on and after March 28, 2014.
