Section 21 of
Chapter 27 of the Acts of 2000, the Employment Support and Income Assistance Act, is pleased to make regulations, effective on and after June 5, 2003, determining that, despite
Section 51 of the Employment Support and Income Assistance Regulations made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2001-338 dated March 23, 2001, the $155 taxpayer refund provided in the 2003-2004 Provincial Budget shall not be included as chargeable income in the month in which it is received.
