1990 CHPATER

An Act respecting Certain Payments to the Meewasin Valley Authority, the Wakamow Valley Authority and the Wascana Centre Authority (Assented to June 8, 1990) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title1 This Act may be cited as The Urban Parks Financial Arrangements Act . S.S. 1979, c.M-11.1,

section 62.1 amended

Section 62.1 of The Meewasin Valley Authority Act is amended by adding the following clause after clause (c): "(

d) commencing on April 1, 1990 and ending on March 31, 1991". S.S. 1980-81, c.W-1.1,

section 61.1 amended

Section 61.1 of The Wakamow Valley Authority Act is amended by adding the following clause after clause (c): "(

d) commencing on April 1, 1990 and ending on March 31, 1991". R.S.S. 1978, c.W-4,

section 56.1 amended

Section 56.1 of The Wascana Centre Act is amended by adding the following clause after clause (c): "(

d) commencing on April 1, 1990 and ending on March 31, 1991". Coming into force5 This Act comes into force on the day of assent but is retroactive and is deemed to have been in force on and from April 1, 1990.
