Order in Council 696/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the position of Special Advisor Minister of Colleges and Universities was established by Order in Council O.C. 713/2021 dated June 3, 2021 (the “Order”), to provide advice to the Minister of Colleges and Universities and the Minister of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade on matters relating to the establishment of a Centralized Resource Entity on Intellectual Property;

And

whereas it is considered desirable to amend the Order;

Therefore , paragraph 2 of the Order is amended by deleting the words “April 1, 2022” and replacing them with “September 30, 2022”.
