OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated April 12, 2006, pursuant to Sections 17 and 18 of

Chapter 246 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Labour Standards Code, is pleased to: (

a) revoke Byron C. Tanner's appointment as alternate member of the Labour Standards Tribunal; (

b) appoint Byron C. Tanner as a member of the Labour Standards Tribunal for a term of office of three (3) years effective May 4, 2006; (

c) appoint Marinus Van de Sande as an alternate member of the Labour Standards Tribunal for a term of office of three (3) years effective May 4, 2006; (

d) affix the remuneration of Byron C. Tanner and Marinus Van de Sande at $150 per day for attending hearings, decision preparation meetings, and full Tribunal meetings and reasonable travel and other expenses incurred in connection with the work of the Tribunal in accordance with the Civil Service policy.
