Order in Council 350/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 14 (1.1), 14 (1.2) and 14 (2) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act , as amended,

Robert Fuller of Simcoe

be reappointed as a part-time member and reappointed as Vice-Chair of the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal who is entitled to hear matters under the Agricultural Employees Protection Act, 2002 , for a fixed term of three years effective June 3, 2023 to June 2, 2026.
