Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of an easement with respect to Crown land at Smiths Cove, Digby County, at the approximate location shown marked in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Ridts Enterprises Limited, a body corporate having a registered office at Roxville, Digby County, its successors and assigns, for the consideration of $1000.00 and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
