OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for Conserve Nova Scotia dated January 19, 2010, and pursuant to Sections 10 and 11 of

Chapter 3 of the Acts of 2009, the Efficiency Nova Scotia Corporation Act (the "Act"), is pleased, effective January 22, 2010, to: (

a) appoint the following individuals each as a member of the board of directors of the Efficiency Nova Scotia Corporation under clause 10(1)(

a) of the Act for a term of two years commencing January 22, 2010: (i)\x09 William Lahey; (ii)\x09 Hector Jacques; (iii) Carol MacCulloch; and (iv) Michele Wood-Tweel; (

b) appoint Nancy Vanstone as the non-voting member of the board of directors under clause 10(1)(

b) of the Act commencing January 22, 2010; and (

c) designate William Lahey, as Chairman of the board of directors under subsection 11(1) of the Act, to hold such office for the term of his appointment as a director.
