Order in Council 549/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Building Ontario For You Act (Budget Measures), 2024

July 1, 2025 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Building Ontario For You Act (Budget Measures), 2024 , c. 20, which amend the Insurance Act , come into force:

Schedule 10, s. 5, 6, 10, 11.
