Order in Council 1775/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Higher Education Quality Council Act, 2005 establishes the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario;

And

whereas subsection 2(2) of said Act specifies that the Higher Education Quality Council shall consist of the members of its board of directors;

Now therefore , pursuant to

section 3 of the Higher Education Quality Council Act, 2005 ,

Sheldon Levy of Toronto

is appointed to the board of directors of the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario for a term of two years, commencing on the date of this Order, subject to the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.

In addition , on the date of this Order, OIC No. 880/2015 is revoked.
