OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated October 30, 2001, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 30 of the Acts of 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2001-207 dated April 27, 2001, by striking out "Dan Potter of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality" in lines three and four thereof and substituting " F. Thomas Stanfield of Truro, Colchester County" and deleting the period at the end of line four thereof and adding "for a term commencing November 6, 2001 and ending March 31, 2003."
