OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated February 5, 2007, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 466 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Theatres and Amusements Act and Sections 40, 46 and 65 of
Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994-1995, the Gaming Control Act, is pleased to: (a)\x09approve the delegation of film classification duties in the form of an Order in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; (b)\x09fix the remuneration for the individuals delegated film classification duties pursuant to paragraph (
a) at $50 per half day plus reimbursement for actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by the individuals in carrying out their film classification duties.
