Order in Council 787/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 7(1) and 7(2) of the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006 ,

Patrick Connolly of Oshawa

be appointed as a part-time member of the board of directors of the Central East Local Health Integration Network to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term of up to three years, effective May 1, 2017 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
