Order in Council 310/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the prerogative of His Majesty the King in Right of Ontario to appoint persons to serve His Majesty's Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities,

Carlene Alexander

be appointed Deputy Minister of the Treasury Board Secretariat, effective March 18, 2024, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment;

Further that pursuant to subsection 2 (6) of the Management Board of Cabinet Act ,

Carlene Alexander

be appointed Secretary of the Management Board of Cabinet, effective March 18, 2024, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term concurrent with her appointment as Deputy Minister of the Treasury Board Secretariat;

Further that pursuant to subsection 1.0.4 (2) of the Financial Administration Act ,

be appointed Secretary of the Treasury Board, effective March 18, 2024, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term concurrent with her appointment as Deputy Minister of the Treasury Board Secretariat;

And further that Order in Council O.C. 942/2021, dated July 07, 2022, as amended by Order in Council O.C. 1222/2022, dated September 14, 2022, be revoked effective March 18, 2024.
