Order in Council 1046/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 16(3) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Beverly Moore of Ancaster be reappointed an Alternate Executive Chair of Social Justice Tribunals Ontario for a period effective September 16, 2018, and ending December 31, 2018.
