Order in Council 1095/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Margot Ballagh was appointed as full-time member of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective September 13, 2019, by Order in Council O.C. 1290/2019;

And

whereas the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal was continued as the Ontario Land Tribunal on June 1, 2021;

And

whereas Margot Ballagh tendered her resignation effective July 8, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021 , Order in Council O.C. 1290/2019 be revoked effective July 8, 2021.
